Explosion heard near U.S. embassy in Kabul
A blast was heard near the U.S. embassy in Kabul on Tuesday evening, with casualties feared.
The explosion site is also near the house of Burhanuddin Rabbani, chairman of Afghan High Peace Council.
A police officer near the site said there might be casualties.
